Livelihood is critical to combating poverty, especially for rural women. Situation only turns bad for women when they are not educated. Dalima Kumari lives with her family in a small village in Bihar, since childhood her locomotor disability has restricted the free movement.
Reshma belongs to a marginalized background, living in a small village in Guna district of Madhya Pradesh. She lives together with her parents and siblings and is the only earner in her family. Before joining DEF and becoming a SoochnaPrenuer she used to be a teacher in a primary school.
