This is the remarkable story of Rajni Kashyap, a resident of Mandawar village, who has transformed her life and her community through her involvement in the SoochnaPreneur program. Rajni had completed her education up to the 12th grade and had limited knowledge about the program until she had the opportunity to meet Mr. Fardeen Shah.
Mr. Fardeen Shah explained to Rajni the potential impact of joining the SoochnaPreneur program. He emphasized how she could not only assist her fellow villagers but also improve her own living conditions by establishing a CSC
(Common Service Center) in her own village. Motivated by the idea of making a positive difference, Rajni decided to take up the opportunity. With the support of DIGITAL EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (Digital Empowerment Foundation) in collaboration with Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, she started her center equipped with a laptop and a black and white printer. Over time, with her hard work and dedication, she managed to add a lamination machine to her center using her own income.
Before becoming a SoochnaPreneur, Rajni had no income. However, after opening her CSC center, she now earns approximately Rs. 4,000 to 5,000 per month. This newfound income has not only improved her own financial situation but has also allowed her to contribute to her community by providing essential services. Rajni’s journey exemplifies the transformative impact of the SoochnaPreneur program on individuals with limited means. Since the inception of her center, Rajni has achieved remarkable milestones in serving her community. With her dedication and expertise, she has successfully facilitated the issuance of approximately 79 Ayushman cards, providing crucial healthcare benefits to numerous individuals. In addition, Rajni’s center has also facilitated the creation of around 20 Pan cards, helping individuals fulfill their official requirements. These services have made a substantial impact on the lives of over 657 beneficiaries, demonstrating the significance of Rajni’s efforts.
Rajni’s commitment to her work has not only benefited the community but has also resulted in a commendable earning of approximately Rs. 50,658.
